Location: Liskeard
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Various shifts between 7:15am – 6:15pm
Salary: £12.31 – £12.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary Ongoing
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join a high-performing early years setting dedicated to delivering exceptional childcare. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a warm, welcoming team that values professional development and child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities-
Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework

Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5

Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately

Work closely with parents, carers, and team members to build strong relationships

Support each child’s individual learning and development journey

Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement

Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (please note: Health & Social Care diplomas are not eligible for this role)

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

Bring excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential

Are confident using both written and digital systems for record keeping
