An exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef to join a luxury coastal hotel near Looe, home to an acclaimed 2 AA Rosette restaurant.

You’ll take ownership of the pastry section, creating refined, seasonal desserts using quality local produce, working within a skilled and supportive brigade.

• Experience in a Rosette-level or high-quality kitchen

• Strong pastry skills and attention to detail

• Calm, professional approach during service

• High food safety and hygiene standards

• £36,000 salary
