We’re recruiting a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful coastal resort in West Cornwall, home to an award-winning restaurant known for its modern, seasonal dishes.

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in high-quality food, this one’s for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running your own section with confidence

• Supporting across the kitchen when needed

• Delivering high standards under pressure

• Maintaining excellent food safety & hygiene

What we’re looking for:

• Available to start immediately

• Passionate about fresh, seasonal cooking

• Reliable, flexible and a strong team player

The details:

• 5 days per week

• Immediate start

• Please note: Live in staff accommodation available ON SITE
