- Deliver beautifully presented dishes with consistency and precision
- Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene and kitchen organisation

- Support and mentor junior members of the brigade
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Proven experience at Chef de Partie level or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
