Up to £40,000 DOE

A well-loved, family-run village pub in Padstow is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead its busy kitchen. With over 40 years of heritage and an exciting new chapter ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a food-led coastal pub operation.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for kitchen operations, driving standards, leading the team, and delivering high-quality traditional dishes using seasonal, local produce.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

• Confident leading a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

• Passionate about seasonal ingredients and classic pub dishes

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior chefs

• Excellent food safety and compliance knowledge

• Salary up to £40,000 DOE
