An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a beautifully located coastal hotel in St Ives, offering breathtaking views and a hands-on, rewarding role.
This is a pivotal position within the business, working closely with senior management to deliver exceptional food standards while championing fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who:

Has proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous role

Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, and local produce

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills

Is ready to hit the ground running and take on a new challenge
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen operation day-to-day

Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety

Recruit, train, and manage a seasonal brigade

Mentor and develop junior kitchen team members

Work effectively as part of the senior management team

Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times
Working hours will be varied and will include evenings and weekends.
