Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a skilled maintenance supervisor to join our prestigious riverside hotel and spa in beautiful Cornwall NEAR FALMOUTH.

What we offer: 

• £30,000 per annum
• Permanent position 

The role: 

• Plumbing.
• Basic electrical work.
• Carpentry and joinery.
• Painting and decorating.
• Pool//spa plant knowledge.
• Grounds and external maintenance experience.
• Fire safety checks & emergency lighting tests.
• Legionella flushing routiness.
• Supporting compliance testing.
• To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
• Using IT systems as required including the LogIt app.
• All other duties as required.

Requirements: 

• Maintenance experience. 
• Full UK driving licence.
