Cornwall Staff Agency recruits both temporary and permanent Healthcare Assistants as well as qualified and experienced Care Supervisors and Managers. The clients we work with include Nursing and Residential homes for the elderly, community care establishments, day centres and short break respite centres across Cornwall.

Our Healthcare Assistants are committed, compassionate and have a wealth of experience and training in caring and supporting vulnerable adults and children.

We undertake rigorous compliance measures which include:

• Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) for all staff and yearly updated checks.
• Checks against the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) and Protection of Children Act (POCA) registers.
• Appropriate reference checks for up to 5 years, one of which must be the last or current employer and details of their full working history.
• Annual checks with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to practice.
